Otters Brook is a 17-acre secured floodlit site in Cwmbran, South Wales that is optimally-located on M4, M50 and M5 motorways. It is our largest centre and offers specialist capabilities including container handling, bulk/large/heavy fulfilment, reworking and repackaging.

Martland Park is a large-scale facility specialising in container handling. Equipped with mechanised handling equipment and VNA high racking, this is our centre of choice for high-volume order fulfilment and out of size items.

Matrix Park is primarily focussed on business-to-business and high-volume business-to-consumer fulfilment. This is our centre of excellence for rework, returns, fashion and ‘white glove’ fulfilment of items such as fine textiles and jewellery.

Matrix Point is a high-volume centre built in 2016, handling the fulfilment requirements for over fifty online retailers. Equipped with semi-automated packing lines, key products include ambient foods, supplements, gifts and homewares.

Aalten is a modern, clean facility and is our fulfilment centre for distribution in the BENELUX countries.
