About these Terms

Thank you for setting up your account on this Site (your “Account”) and ask that you take time to read these Terms carefully. They explain the rules covering use of your Account.Setting up your Account does not bind you to any long-term or onerous commitment to us. Separate terms apply to the services you order through your Account on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Closure of your Account

• No services are purchased through your Account in any 90 day period; or
• You have, or anyone else you have authorised to use your Account has, breached these Terms; or
• We stop providing the services offered through the Site.

Laws applying to your Account and your use of the Site

The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, your Account and/or use of the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
