ILG began using fulfilmentcrowd software in 2002 and upgraded ten years later to the newer version. Mike recognises that a strength of the fulfilmentcrowd system lies in the scope of fulfilment services on offer.

That is ultimately why we chose fulfilmentcrowd, no-one else ticked all those boxes, especially not to their high standards." 

A new target audience

Thanks to fulfilmentcrowd’s team of informed and dedicated experts, ILG were able to tweak the business model and tailor their resulting fulfilment preferences to suit their crowd of new customers:

In the time that ILG outsourced their fulfilment through fulfilmentcrowd, they have grown exponentially from a business with 30 employees and a £4m turnover to a business of 200 employees with a turnover of more than £24m.
